DescriptionRandstad in Schaumburg is looking to fill Administrative positions for several clients located in the Schaumburg area.- These positions range from temporary, temp to hire and direct hire opportunities. These roles are in a variety of industries paying between 15-22 hourly depending on client needs and candidate experience.

Typical job functions include:

-coordinating meetings

-scheduling interviews

- basic recording, documenting and creating PowerPoint presentations

-high level of internal and external communication

Working hours: M-F 8-5


Qualified candidates will possess the following

-2+ years prior administrative experience

-Exceptional Communication and organizational skills

-Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
