Randstad Technologies is currently seeking a talented Systems Support Analyst to join a well-known client of ours with a line of business located in the greater Los Angeles area.
This person will responsible for providing system support within the technology organization.
Includes requesting, deploying and maintaining the following:
5+ years systems support analysis experience.
Azure Cloud experience
Provides support for complex technical issues and initiatives related to assigned applications, systems and/or other technical products and services.
Uses diagnostic and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service to systems.
Participates in migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations.
Updates/writes documentation and procedures and assists with related training.
Troubleshoots network, hardware and software issues using general guidelines, templates or direction from others; participates in writing test scripts.
Maintains change or issue logs.
Knowledge of web server technology
Knowledge of file server technology
Knowledge of Windows server 2008 R2 is good to have.
