Job Title: Contracts Management Assistant
- The DSBO Contracts Management Assistant supports the DSBO Contracts Management team with the coordination of contract requests for the company s Development Sciences with a particular emphasis on contract request workflow administration and prioritization. The Contracts Management Assistant will interface between DSBO and the Development Sciences functional groups and the Legal department to coordinate the prioritization and efficient processing of contracts in support of clinical programs and trials.
Key support role for administering contract requests to the DSBO Contracts Management team.
Oversee the contract request workflow and delegation to Contracts Management team.
Coordinate communication of contract status with internal stakeholders and manage expectations accordingly.
Manage follow up and facilitate approvals of contracts within the system in accordance with the company s policies and procedures.
Ensure regular, timely and thorough communication with all internal and external parties.
Ensure timely, accurate and thorough data entry and tracking of contracts into departmental systems and databases.
Initiate new suppliers into the company s ERP system.
Assist with internal/external parties with invoice and/or purchase order issues.
Prepare Oracle OBIEE reports as requested.
Obtain electronic signatures to contract related documents.
Support DSBO project initiatives as directed.
Support DSBO LiveLink and Sharepoint site as needed.
Schedule and coordinate meetings/conference calls and related activities as required.
Prepare professional and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
