A prominent international law firm in the Bay Area is in search of a Legal Secretary, Corporate to join their San Francisco office. As one of the largest firms in the world, we are in search of a seasoned legal professional with no less than 5 years of experience. Ideally, you are a legal secretary used to working under tight time constraints on a heavy document desk.
As a Legal Secretary, Corporate, for the team, you will be expected to, but not limited to, work on the following:
Formatting/revising documents ( i.e., correspondence, agreements, and other legal documents)
Administrative responsibilities: preparing expense reports, check requests, entering time into DTE as requested, opening and distributing incoming mail, billing, etc.
Running comparisons of documents in various software formats
Maintain attorney calendars (both administrative and legal)
Take initiative (i.e. trouble-shooting) in certain instances wherein insufficient and/or lack of instruction are provided
Experience in making extensive travel arrangements ( i.e. , both Domestic and International travel)
Maintain professional interaction with clients
Possess excellent written and verbal skills
Work well under pressure with intense deadlines
This person will be expected to work under pressure in a large firm professional environment where one must have attention to detail in order to ensure high work quality. A high level of technical expertise is required as the ideal candidate will be able to go through a high volume of documents in a short amount of time with minimal supervision or error.

Requirements for the role:
5+ of legal administrative experience, large firm preferred
BA or BS in a relevant field preferred, professional experience may be applied in the place of a BA or BS
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Microsoft suite proficiency is a must.
