A San Francisco based start-up company is seeking an administrative assistant for their downtown San Francisco, CA location. This administrative assistant is expected to support a department of about 5-7 people in the Marketing Department! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing start-up s in in the Bay Area!

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage daily calendars on Outlook and coordinate meetings/conferences

- Utilize travel websites to coordinate travel arrangements

- Document expenses using internal software

- Assist with event planning

- Proofread documents, correspondence, emails, and various communication

- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm



--Associate s degree preferred or equivalence of 4+ years of experience

--Experience in supporting more than 1 person at a time

--Must be able to multitask and follow through

--Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without direct orders

--Excellent communication and grammar skills, both written and verbal



--Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
