DescriptionRandstad is currently looking for candidates with an administrative background for a position in the Central San Diego area. Seeking candidates with experience in travel arrangements, expense reporting, managing calendars and other administrative, and general duties as assigned.

Primary Duties Include:

Travel Arrangements

Expense Reports

Calendar Management

Inventory Ordering

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm



--High School Diploma or higher

--2 years of administrative support experience

--Written communication skills

--Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized

--Type 40+ WPM

--Detail oriented and accurate

--Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

--Perform other tasks as assigned

Temp to Hire opportunity

Central San Diego

Monday - Friday

8:00am to 5:00pm

$17 per hour
