Manage and execute the initiative-level communication plan.
Create and assist with items including: monthly blog and e-blast articles, including e-newsletter, for IT Health & Readiness Engage page; acts as overall administrator for Engage page.
Draft IT & Business Change Champion meetings and IT Health & Readiness Awareness Sessions.
Tailor and execute change impact assessment - identify affected stakeholders for each project and measures the degree of impact based on amount of change activities required (communications, training, alignment activities) to execute each project.
Manage and execute the project-level communication plan to identify all required communication events to stakeholders.
Perform Stakeholder Assessments and associated activities for individual projects
Develop training strategy, plan, logistics, and curriculum design support for projects.
Design activities aimed at sustaining the implemented change.
