The Business Analyst will play a key liaison role between IT and the business function, and will play a key role in the execution of projects for the specified business area. The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing business requirements, assisting with the definition of test scenarios, the development of business cases, and the evaluation of alternate solutions in support of business needs. This individual will have key interaction responsibilities with senior leadership.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading business process maps and leading interviews with business areas, and identifying and validating business needs and requirements. Will also be responsible for leading other business analysts in this process.
Participate and in some cases lead requirements workshops/JAD sessions to identify business needs and requirements
Produce detailed requirements documents, including use cases and requirements traceability matrices
Minimum Bachelor s degree in Information Technology
Six years of enterprise experience within an IT function, at a global level, performing the following:
o Working as a member of a small team in a very dynamic environment
o Working with clients in formal requirements gathering sessions (e.g., JAD sessions), as well as informal requirements sessions (e.g., one-on-one meetings)
o Producing detailed requirements documents, including use cases and requirements traceability matrices
Minimum five years of experience in the associated business functions or related IT systems
Understanding of IT technologies, and various IT functions
MBA / Master s Degree
10+ years of experience in an IT organisation with significant business/customer interaction
Ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills.
