DescriptionThe Customer Service Administrative Assistant provides additional customer service by supporting the department with special projects, maintaining files, records and daily reports. The position requires attention to detail to provide accurate and quality daily work. Additionally, this position works in collaboration with other departments to provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
Location: Oakdale, MN
Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer service reports on a regular and ad hoc basis.
- Monitors and manages the Customer Service email inbox
- Reviews and manages the back order, fill/kill and on-hold reports.
- System Data review and clean up.
- Reviews Engine Overhaul Kits orders for component availability (BOM).
- Data Entry for faxed and emailed customer orders
- Works closely with other customer service members and other departments throughout the organization to ensure quality customer service.
Working hours: 7:00AM-5:00PM
--Communication - Effective interpersonal and written communication skills. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions. High level of phone and email contact with customers and other employees.
--Experience using electronic spreadsheet, database, and word processing software using the Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word). Ability to learn CRM, SAP and other company specific programs.
--Excellent typing skills and proficient in 10 key.

--Able to communicate clearly via telephone, computer and in person at all organization levels 100% of the workday.
--Able to work extended hours with short notice.
--Able to work in front of a computer for extended periods of time.
--Minimum of a High School Degree or Equivalent; Associates degree or higher education preferred.
--Minimum of 1 year Administrative work
