  • This position will be a strategic and consultative partner to our client’s Key Stakeholders and Hiring Managers with the responsibility of developing a talent strategy that best suits the client needs and market conditions. This position is responsible for the fulfillment of requisitions with their client and will, as needed, adjust the course of action to ensure fulfillment is met while taking full accountability and ownership of the results

  • This position will be responsible for building strong relationships with the hiring managers and will ensure overall sourcing strategies and plans are developed and executed in a timely fashion. This position will have a full understanding of sourcing methodologies and how to execute them to effectively develop a candidate pipeline.

  • Leader by example; subject matter expert; specific sales role; project driven; exhibits technical skills


  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

  • May require a related degree in a specific subject matter depending on client need (i.e. Engineering, Finance, etc…


  • 4 or more years of related experience

  • 3 years of account management, requisition management and/or a consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary hiring manager point of contact

  • Minimum of 5 years in a candidate generation role, producing candidate pipelines, and having a proven track record of hiring success


  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven ability to work within a team environment

  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan

  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs

  • Able to communicate with and present at the executive level

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to qualify and close deals

  • Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise

  • Knowledge of the U.S. EEO/OFCCP compliance rules or other comparable regulatory processes impacting recruitment pertinent to the requisitions supported

  • Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word)

  • Demonstrated ability to master and navigate automated staffing systems and applications, specifically Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management Systems, and Databases with moderate to complex profiles
