DescriptionRandstad is seeking qualified candidates for an exciting Purchasing opportunity with our client, who is an innovative leader in the field of agriculture.

Primarily responsible for the creation of POs and support of indirect purchases

- Marketing

- Consulting

- Finance

- Travel

- HR

- Contingent Labor

Key Responsibilities:

- Executes Purchase Orders for goods and services in SAP with Suppliers

- Provides a high level of customer service to stakeholders

- Conducts follow-up with suppliers to ensure receipt of Purchase Orders

- Expedites delivery of goods and services to support business owners requirements

- Resolve receipt and invoice discrepancies

- Tactfully explains and enforces internal policies and procedures as necessary

- Back-up other Purchasing Assistants as needed

- Support Procurement Team projects and initiatives

- Support Procurement Hotline/Mailbox

Working hours: M-F, Core business hours


Required Skills & Experience:

--Excellent customer service skills

--Acts with strong results orientation and sense of urgency

--Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

--Solid strong written and verbal communication skills
