We are looking for a strong Inside Sales and Warehouse Coordinator for a small distribution company in the Natomas/ Sacramento area. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, with benefits available. This position would directly report to the Branch Manager and assist in all customer service, administrative, sales, inventory and logistical activities that take place in the facility, both in an office and warehouse setting. This position serves as the primary point of reception and for all daily communications made to the facility, both in person and electronically, as well as the sales support position for the territory Account Managers. Performs order entry and processing through company ERP software in response to written and verbal customer purchase requests for equipment and service replacement parts, including associated technical research to determine required items

Pulls, packs and prepares service parts and equipment orders for shipment

* Unloads, inspects, and receives all inbound equipment and service parts shipments then processes accordingly

* Responds to customer and Account Manager stock check requests and executes regular inventory cycle counts, including organizational activities to assure proper stock rotation

* Creates stock and direct shipment vendor purchase orders and assures fulfillment

* Coordinates, along with service providers, all branch service parts warranty claim processing

* Maintains branch petty cash allocation including processing all disbursements and regular reconciliations

* Oversees all branch administration in the absence of the Branch Operations Manager

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer) required

* Experience with Dynamics ERP software preferred

* Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a distribution, wholesale or retail environment

* Previous parts counter, inside parts sales, shipping, receiving or warehouse experience preferred

* OSHA powered industrial truck certification a plus

* The ability to translate and enter data correctly with demonstrated attention to detail is essential to this position

* Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

* Must have the ability to operate a sit-down style fork lift

* Must be able to lift 50 pounds

* General knowledge of a refrigeration circuit and HVAC servicing a plus
