Offer Advisor Job Description

The Regional Offer Advisor drives incremental TS Core & Premium Services bookings in region through Sales enablement and acceleration; provides interlock between field and TSPM to ensure offer collateral and training is localized for their respective regions, aligns the Global GTM plans to all segments within their region, and validates readiness for TS offers via CSDM engagement. They are responsible for developing and executing the regional GTM plan to ensure offer growth against target.


  • Driving the growth of TS Core & Premium Services, by influencing and supporting the sales teams and channels to position and sell the portfolio effectively, eventuating in Customer, Partner and company value

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on the offer and its relevance to regional market segments

  • Drive interlock between Field and TSPM by providing requirements and feedback to, and communicating updates from TSPM, and through CSDM PAC team engagement

  • Development and execution of regional field enablement and acceleration plans

  • Deliver Offer and Portfolio training and TSBs in collaboration with TSPM and Change Enablement teams

  • Service offering projections and reporting across theatre, segment, based on sales pipeline and TSPM business plans

  • Develop and promote programs and incentives in alignment with TSPM, GSPT, and local portfolio and marketing teams, to increase the attach and renew of TS sales

  • Ensure appropriate Sales tools are available and localized including collateral, training and demand generation, to promote offers within region

  • Alignment with internal stakeholder teams, including TS Theatre, Technical Services Product Mgmt (TSPM) on offer and GTM, representing regional/ theatre requirements that meet market needs to enable further attach rates on the service offerings

  • Communicate internally on status and progress of GTM plans, roadmap & bookings/ pipeline reporting against plans

  • Communicate with TS and Sales leadership and key influencers within the region to promote and gain commitment for increasing services attach and renew rates

  • Develop actionable insights for TSPM and Sales by leveraging data analytics
