Technical Support Engineer


  • Calls come in and are assigned to a team of the technical support team

  • The queue stays around approximately 20 calls with 4-5 incoming per day

  • This is not a 24/7 job

  • Working with development teams to resolve issues and then testing the resolution

  • Aptitude to anticipate issues that could arise within development Performance work

  • Business logic then SQL are priority

  • There is also an iOS application - there may be a need to debug and support those as well.

Required Skills:

  • BS degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science Math or Engineering

  • Progressive, related technical support experience

  • Works to provide functional and performance including; Relational Database Concepts, SQL, Database query tools, SDLC/ADLC Methodologies

  • Experience analyzing data solving problems and troubleshooting to provide solutions

  • Demonstrated leadership skills
