This role will consult and collaborate with various project team members such as Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Field Technicians and external personnel to ensure the successful deployment of client installations. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for assessing, planning, designing, integrating and installing Cisco Collaboration Solutions along with networks for both large enterprise clients as well as small corporate networks.
7+ years Cisco Voice deployment experience.
Voice over IP experience with Cisco products preferred Cisco IP Telephony experience CUCM, Voice Gateways (SIP, MGCP, H323 protocol)
Unity Connection, IM&P, Jabber
Working knowledge of UCCX, UCCE, and Collaboration Edge
Experience with queue options for routing to voicemail, informational mailboxes/scripts, real time and historical reporting, on demand monitoring and recording, the enhanced agent application and the supervisor desktop application
Knowledge of voicemail, unified messaging, ACD and IVR systems, integration to CRM packages
Ability to create Cisco validated design or follow industry voice best practices
Perform complex evaluation of client networks and apply knowledge to determine proper recommendations to the client that help support the business objectives. Networks can range from single site to multi-site.
Assess networks and understands the interaction of different technologies, and when appropriate collaborate with other engineers to provide proper network solution.
Implement client network solutions in an environment that varies and is dynamic.
7+ year s knowledge of deployment experience with Catalyst 4500, 6500, Nexus 2k/5k/7k.
Experience with deploying Cisco switches and routers in enterprise environments.
- Security- 5+ years experience including 3+ years network security experience.

Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients needs
Ability to travel as required by company; travel 5%-25% depending upon client installation
Prefer -someone who s acted as the lead or sole engineer on large, multi-site multi-platform systems. Strong Cisco infrastructure skills required.
Wireless - should be well versed with solutions around Wireless Networking technologies.
