Scheduling Coordinator (Cisco Systems):

As an integral part of the recruiting process, and to aid the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition team, the Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Interview Scheduling of both internal and external candidates

  • Candidate Tracking (applications and feedback links)

  • Scheduling and arranging candidate travel (if necessary)

Experience/Skills required:

  • Must be detail oriented, possess exceptional organizational and follow through skills, have the ability to multi-task, and manage the demands of simultaneous processes while still operating with a sense of urgency and thoroughness

  • Must be capable of managing multiple work priorities effectively, in order to meet tight deadlines is a must

  • Must have previous experience working in an administrative or coordination role within an HR/Recruitment environment

  • Since this role may be exposed to sensitive information, the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a must

  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team, and provide flexible and efficient service

  • Expertise with MS-Outlook and appointment scheduling required

  • A high attention to detail is a must

  • Proven experience providing interview scheduling support in a fast-paced environment is required

  • Must have strong verbal/written communication, as well as, computer skills

The Scheduling Coordinator will need to be focused on providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally while representing Cisco as an “Employer of Choice ” to all hiring managers and new hires.
