Job Title: Digital Operations Manager

Position Description

  • Responsible for maintenance of several existing internal and external digital channels. Intake requests, triage/prioritize requests, facilitate execution, testing and deployment with both internal resources and external vendors as required.

Position Responsibilities

  • Monitor website natural search engine performance and make recommendations on ways to improve.

  • Monitoring and reporting of channel performance as desired. Present recommendations for optimization/enhancements based on analysis.

  • Conduct ad-hoc research to support projects as needed.

  • Responsible and accountable to coordinate status meeting(s), track project deliverables, obtain cost estimates and timing, review SOWs, gather status updates from project stakeholders, identify project issues and meet launch dates.

  • Create project documentation as needed in order to obtain estimates, timelines, stakeholder alignment and project delivery. Examples include creative briefs, KPIs, requirements, etc.

  • Partner with internal matrix teams to execute on projects as needed.

  • Manage project routing for all necessary internal feedback and approvals.

  • Monitor and maintain project budgets (actual vs. estimated), scope change requests and related activities in accordance with BMS procedures.

  • Ensure that all projects are in compliance with all BMS policies, procedures and standards.

  • Prepare project and program level communications, slide decks, etc. as needed in order to communicate progress throughout the organization.

  • Prepare documents/communications as needed to facilities training and change management needs as required.

  • Contribute to departmental efforts to improve processes as needed.

  • Complete all necessary training in the time allotted (instructor-led or self-paced) in order to meet the needs of the position.

Position Requirements

  • Digital Agency/Pharma/Highly-Regulated Industry experience preferred.

  • 5+ years in an Account Management role is a huge plus.

  • Comfortable building stakeholder consensus and driving teams toward achieving a common goal.

  • Comfortable assessing varying stakeholder needs and aligning to higher-level strategy.

  • Deep understanding of multi-channel project strategy and execution including understanding how responsive design principles play a role in website development and user experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects that vary in complexity and size simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently without significant oversight.

  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
