DescriptionCurrently seeking a Receptionist for a position located in the North Phoenix area (19th Ave & Dunlap). In addition to meeting and greeting clients, the Receptionist will provide light administrative support. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday working 40 hours per week. This position will require minimum 2 years experience in an office/clerical environment and is paying $11.00-$12.00 per hour.

Job Duties:

- Front desk

- Copying, filing, scanning

- Accepting, screening, and routing telephone calls

- Greeting and directing visitors, as appropriate, concerning activities and operations of department/division

- Sorting, screening, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail; preparing photocopies and facsimiles, and operating a variety of office equipment

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am -5pm



--Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a receptionist or administrative position

--Knowledge of administrative procedures and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic Access)

--Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not a requirement

*Positions are typically long-term temporary or temp-to-hire.
