DescriptionOur client is currently looking for a sales representative who hunts new business and will further develop their assigned territory. The perfect Outside Sales Rep will have a strong sales motivation, have high energy, good rapport building skills, can productively work with minimal supervision, is disciplined, tenacious, accomplished closers, excellent communicators, "thick - skinned", and quick learners.

The primary duties involve making 20 - 30 cold calls per day and closing sales. The main market segment is independent owners of restaurants, but also includes additional markets that can benefit from our customer's service and products. Networking, attending community events, and building relationships within the industry will also be a part of this role. At least 1 year of outside sales experience is required and you must be used to the sales process and closing sales.

Compensation:$35-$37k base salary with a rich commission structure for those who hit their metrics. Average compensation for first year reps is $70-$80k. Company car and gas allowance. 401k plan + an employer-sponsored savings plan, and full benefits.
