DescriptionCurrently seeking an Executive Office Assistant to support the Director of a Government Agency located in the Downtown Phoenix area. This position will be paying between $18.00-$20.00 per hour and will be a temporary assignment with possibility for permanent employment in the future. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or high level Administrative role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems including Access, Word, Excel will be necessary. You will also be tested on Business Writing and Grammar.

Working hours: mon-fri 8-5pm



Proficient in Microsoft Office products which include Word, Access and Excel , Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel utilizing databases and pivot tables

*Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro

*Knowledge of document management system (DMS), secure websites for downloading and uploading confidential information

*Drafting and proof reading of business letters
