DescriptionA growing company in Pennsburg, PA is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a part-time temporary opportunity. The hours for this position will be 8:30 AM-2 PM, Monday-Friday, and the pay rates will range between $14-15/hr, depending upon experience. The duties for this role are as follows:

- Answering and Directing Calls in a friendly and professional manner

- Supporting a team of dispatchers

- Greeting guests

- Processing reports

- Preparing Correspondence

- Ordering office supplies

- Completion of statistical reports as needed

- Calendar Management

- Customer Service

- General office support

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-2:00p


The qualifications required for this role are as follows:

- At least 2+ years of prior administrative experience

- Experience in coordinating meetings, and managing calendars, customer support

- Advanced MS Office proficiency, with an understanding of complex functions in Word, Excel and Outlook

- Proven ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

- Sound judgement and decision-making ability
