DescriptionOur client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 6 month temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for a temporary assignment in the pay range of $24-$26/hour. This Administrative Assistant will work out of our clients office in Pasadena, CA. We are looking for someone who will be available to start this assignment on 10/17.
- Use Word processing to compose and/or confidential correspondence.
- Balancing general ledger lines and/or expense accounts.
- Researching general ledger issues.
- Assisting with budgetary planning, compiling statistical data for financial planning.
- Assisting, screening and/or selectively referring callers.
- Handling complex and sensitive inquiries/call from external and internal sources.
- Provides support to larger projects managed by others.
- Acts as information source on departmental and business policies.
- Establishing office procedures and controls, as well as coordinating all special events or office functions.
Working hours: 8AM-5PM
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Ability to pick up tasks and see them through to completion.
