DescriptionWe are hiring a long term temporary HR Assistant to work for a large financial/banking client located in Omaha, NE.

Would assist with administrative recruiting functions (such as data entry, validations, etc.). This role would provide customer service and HR transactional support to internal and external individuals. This individual would consult, advise, and instruct employees with regard to corporate HR policies and procedures. Researching issues and escalating as appropriate for timely resolution
Working hours: 40 hours M-F
A successful contributor would be a collaborator, quick to learn and improve processes, and is highly administrative savvy. They also must be strong Excel, MS Word, and Technical skills, detailed oriented, and able to prioritize. Experience with various HR systems, PeopleSoft, Taleo or other HRIS is preferred, but not required.
