- Local travel required to support sites.
- Provide user support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms
Perform on-site/remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution to complex workstation problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware/software solutions, including off-site repair as needed
Receive and respond to technical tickets, incoming calls, pages, and/or emails regarding workstation and/or hardware problems.
Participate with the IT Technical on-call support process.
Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
If necessary, liaise with third-party support and equipment vendors
Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Provide guidance to junior members of the team as required.
Actively contributes to ongoing process improvement.
Ability to complete multiple simultaneous projects in a timely manner
Prepare activity reports
Stay current with systems information, changes and updates
At least 5 years of experience:
Bachelor s degree in computer science or 4 years equivalent experience focusing on level II desktop support.
Certifications a plus;
o CompTIA Ao Network - Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Strong oral and written communication skills required.
Experience using a ticket tracking application
Experience of customer service practices
Experience with healthcare application delivery a plus
Rotating On-call availability for a week duration
Sitting for extended periods of time
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, hand, and power tools, and to handle other computer components.
Lifting and transporting of heavy to moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
Self-starter, able to work independent with minimum supervision.
