The Product Support Specialist role is a stepping stone which will open the door to advancement opportunities. From Tier I Technical Support to Quality Assurance this organization is looking for future leaders of their organization who bring ideas and innovation to the team.


The Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers. This includes gathering and entering data into the company's proprietary software system and providing solutions per each customer request.

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


--Provide client support while being a brand ambassador --

--Answer emails, phone calls, and chats and determine client needs

--Perform client education and product training as needed

--Use multiple resources to solve product-specific user issues. Use creative approaches with disciplined troubleshooting.

--Effectively communicate "real time" solutions that may involve multiple steps or alternatives to resolve issues with technical and non-technical clients

--Identify when a situation requires escalation

--Follow established and/or general escalation procedures

--Analyze customer experience and make recommendations for improvement

--Technical support and product training documentation creation and maintenance

--Identify trends, gather and report issues on a consistent basis

--Write and formulate technical briefings, and provide clear and concise instructions for users in the GlobalMeet Community

--Analyze client education and product training interactions for improvement opportunities

--Create and keep updated all support documentation including Community content, User Guides, Knowledge Base, Contextual Help, FAQs, and other support reference outlets related to the product

--Collaborate with other departments, specifically Product Management, and Development.

--Aid in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving problems for the product and its components

--UAT and internal project work as needed


--Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

--Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, reception or administration

--Excellent Attendance record

--Dependable, organized, and must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

--High school diploma required

--Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/clients
