DescriptionRandstad, a leader in office and administrative staffing, is actively seeking for an energetic Customer Service Representative. Our client is located in the Oakland, CA area, and has immediate openings for eager Customer Service Representatives.

The position will be responsible for:

- Answering incoming calls and e-mails

- Processing orders

- Trouble-shooting issues

- Documenting information

- Tracking customer interactions and solutions.

Working hours: 8am - 5pm



- High School Diploma

- 1+ years experience

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software skills preferred

- Ability to type and enter data at a minimum of 30 WPM

General Information:

- Temporary to Hire Position (projected 1 year assignment)

- $16 - $18/hr depending on experience

- Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
