DescriptionRandstad, a leader in office and administrative staffing, is actively seeking for an eager Administrative Assistant. Our client is located in the Oakland, Ca area with immediate positions!

The role will be responsible for:

- Supporting one or more departments

- Scheduling appointments

- Composing memos

- Transcribing notes

- research and create presentations

- Facilitates meetings

- Processes expense reports

Working hours: 8am - 5pm



- Associates Degree Preferred

- 1+ years of experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

General information:

- Temp to Hire

- $16 - $18/hr (depending on experience)

- Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
