DescriptionRandstad is seeking Executive Administrative Assistant for temporary, temp-to-permanent and permanent opportunities all over the Charleston area. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of prior Executive Administrative Assistant experience and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Typical duties will vary depending on the industry of the company but will usually include:

-Managing calendars and schedule appointments

-Screening calls and emails for report to contact

-Ordering office supplies, including coffee, drinks, etc.

-Requesting all necessary maintenance on office equipment

-Arranging travel (domestic and international)

-Preparing all presentations and files as requested

-Screening incoming calls/correspondence and respond independently when possible

-Manage mobile phones, radios, and vendor agreements

-Organizing programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget

-Coordinating and finalize all complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings for the President

-Reviewing all correspondence received, forwarding such as appropriate to other employees or summarizing, including emails, letters and thank you notes

-Quarterly Board of Director packet assembly, including financials

-Coordinating annual charity meeting, ensuring that appropriate individuals are contacted regarding decisions

Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm


Minimum Requirements:

2 - 3 years' experience in this capacity

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience

*Ability to interface well with all departments within the company and to represent the respective executive officer in a highly professional manner

*Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts to the organization

*Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook

*Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional organizational skills required. Ability to meet designated deadlines is also a critical qualification

*Problem solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and maintains confidentiality

*Interpersonal skills-the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things

*Oral communication-the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrates group presentation skills

*Written communication-the individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information

*Adaptability to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events

*Ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive's role within the organization
