DescriptionRandstad is seeking a dynamic Admin to support the sales staff of a busy manufacturing company in North Charleston.

This is a direct hire, career position.

Office hours are Monday - Thursday from 7am - 4:30 pm and Friday from 7am - noon. Company provides a full benefits package.

The Sales Support administrator will work with the inside sales team to provide complete customer service. They will assist the inside sales team with all aspects of quoting, order entry and coordination.

Essential Functions

- Process material orders

- Generate purchase orders for materials

- Coordinate material shipments through the vendor as well as internal shipping department

- Generate quotes as requested by customers and sales team

- Work with outside vendors to obtain pricing and lead times for materials needed

- Process customer returns, supplier returns and warranty returns

- Assist customers with product information

- Answer inbound sales calls and return calls to customers

- Print plans and email quotes

- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

--Two years of Experience in Door & Hardware Industry or similar construction or building material industry or a 2 year degree a plus!

--Proficient in Excel

--Ability to build solid relationships with customers and peers within the industry

--Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

--Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

--Strong computer skills.

--Excellent communication skills and customer relation skills

--Effective time management and problem solving skills

--Must be able to multi-task

--Must be able to stay focused in a very busy office

--Bi-lingual is a plus

Physical Demands

This is an office environment; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Must also be able to lift product up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May require driving to project sites. Casual office attire.
