DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

-Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls

-Responding to customer concerns and questions in regards to business topics with appropriate alternatives and solutions

-Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

-Build sustainable and productive long-term relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the correct methods/tools

-Maintaining customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Working hours: 1ST SHIFT


Requirements/Qualifications Include:

-High School Diploma

-At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field

-Dependable and Strong Worth Ethic

Additional Desired Skills Include:

-Intermediate Computer Knowledge

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

-Experience with CRM systems

-Excellent communication and listening skills
