We are currently seeking a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST for a call center in NORFOLK, VA to audit calls.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to the following):

- Monitor and evaluate calls on live phone interactions between Customer Service Representatives and clients.

- Communicate the results of call audits to QA supervisors to provide necessary follow-up.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of observed calls for legal and ethical purposes.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm



--1-3 years of prior call center experience preferred

--Prior collections experience preferred but not required

--Experience auditing/analyzing recorded calls preferred


--Highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented and able to work at an above-average pace.

--Strong administrative and customer service skills.

--Comfortable doing repetitive tasks in a quiet work environment.

--Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer and ability to learn new software programs quickly.
