The Procurement Contract Administrator plays an integral role in our Global Beauty Company to supplier risk mitigation and contract compliance. They are the first point of contact for all Procurement contracts, both legacy and those to be created, and are responsible for updating and enforcing supplier risk management capabilities and policies (including but not limited to, supplier onboarding, contract policies, and the use of tools like D&B and Ariba ). Facilitates interactions amongst Procurement, Legal, internal business clients and external service providers. They are responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts that involve the purchase of goods or services such as equipment, materials, supplies, or professional services. Successful candidates possess a thorough level of knowledge of legal language, contract documents supplier risk mitigation strategies as well as a critical attention to detail.

- Prepare contracts for Procurement (draft, redline, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of Procurement)

- Respond to inquiries from Procurement, Legal, and internal business clients related to contracts

- Assist with reporting in relevant contract management system

- Collaborate with Procurement , legal and internal business clients to prepare, analyze, negotiate, and revise various types of contracts (such as master agreements, supply agreements, confidentiality agreements, and statements of work)

- Create and revise contract workspaces/profiles for various types of contracts in relevant contract management systems

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM


- Develop and maintain an understanding of contract terms and risk relevant to Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

- Take a lead role in serving as the Procurement contract expert

- Train Procurement personnel on the various types of contracts (basic to intermediate understanding of contracts)

- Assist with streamlining the contracting process

- Regularly review, update, and enforce applicable corporate contract polices and supplier risk management procedures

- Interpret contractual language, identify risk, and discuss possible impacts with Procurement, Legal and internal clients

- Assist in tracking contract compliance and attainment by contributing to reports and metric status updates (i.e., Master

Purchase Agreement attainment, Code of Conduct compliance, etc.)

- Achieve all results with accuracy and a sense of urgency

- Experience with contract writing and negotiation

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate contract requirements to peers and senior stakeholders

- Keen analytical skills to successfully troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Ability to develop positive working relationships with peer departments

- Bachelor s degree with a financial, business or legal background (Juris Doctor preferred)

- 5+ years of work experience in contracts, legal or other relevant experience

- Strong legal, business process and problem solving capabilities

- Experience with Ariba applications and/or SAP a plus
