Searching for a talented I.T. technician Level 3 to join an expanding team and organization.
The technician will be required to have a proven track record of I.T. support and are willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
Tasks will involve troubleshooting and implementing I.T. projects.
The successful candidate will have a positive and can do attitude that can handle pressure environments.
Skills: Helpdesk Support, Windows, Mac support a plus.
Level 3 end user, server and LAN support. Implementing business solutions on Microsoft platforms
Assisting in researching and implementing new technologies
Performing on-site and remote software and hardware support
Hardware upgrades and troubleshooting
Configuring workstations to access network resources, e.g. shares, printers, internet, and email / Assisting with engineering and implementing IT projects.
Highly experience with helpdesk support and end user troubleshooting
Highly experienced in maintaining workstations and LAN environments including wireless and mobile devices
Strong knowledge of installation, configuration, and administration of Windows desktops
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Applicants must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
BA or equivalent work experience. IT degree a plus. A+ / Network + Certification a plus.
4-5 years progressive experience in a Level 3 helpdesk technical level and server support
Strong knowledge of various computer applications
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Able to work in a hierarchical business model with mixed abilities and styles
Able to work in a team environment and as an individual
Self-motivated with excellent follow-up techniques and telephone manner
Ability to maintain multiple tasks and little need for supervision or guidance.
The successful candidate will be supporting a large user base onsite and remotely. Traveling to certain locations will be necessary.
Full-Time position with competitive salary and benefits. Salary based on experience and skill level.
Travel time 20% within the tri-state area
