DescriptionThe Randstad Branch located on West End is looking to build their Human Resources Talent Pool. We are looking for HR Compensation & Benefits with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Collecting employee information so that an organization can both pay and provide company benefits to its employees.
Administrative support duties.
Responsible for entering employee information into Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and processing employee benefits claims.
Negotiating with benefits providers directly.
Educating employees on the benefits provided by the company, and is tasked with promoting open enrollment periods.
Designing, overseeing and implementing a firm's compensation and benefits programs.
Monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls.
Help ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
Working hours: 40
Minimum 2 years of experience
2 years of experience with software programs such as Sage Abra HRMS, HRIS systems, ADP, SAP and/or PeopleSoft, etc.
Detail-oriented with acute organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication
Well developed interpersonal skills
Writing and editing ability
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
Ability to interface with all levels of internal and external contacts
Customer service orientation
Problem solving skills
Project management capability
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
