DescriptionRandstad is seeking several qualified individuals for the role of a Customer Service Representative for a large Insurance company. Candidates must have at least 2 years' customer service experience. Medical and/or health insurance experience is a plus. Must be fluent in Spanish to be considered for this position.
The job duties for this position include but are not limited to increasing operational efficiency of the unit and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information to callers and by performing health services support duties. Also, providing customer contact for incoming and outbound calls and performing the following activities:
Completing Health Risk Assessment
Documentation in electronic medical record
Ensuring timely and accurate responses
Pay Rate: $13.00-13.87 per hour
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Working hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
Ability to speak Spanish and English, good telecommunications, computer and customer service skills.
Prior experience in customer service role/operation.
