As a Program Manager at Google, you a lead complex, multidisciplinary project focused on User Research Tools. Partnering with our UX Engineering team, your role will be focused on program managing the design and development of a research based tool.
Support the creation and updates of new User Research Tools, gathering priorities, managing stakeholders requests and aligning the business goals with engineering workload.
Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, etc., and implement or drive required changes to make sure designers and researchers are working at optimum efficiency.
Lead or collaborate with UX team leadership in key project decision-making, driving consensus and providing status updates on all ongoing tools initiatives.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-PA and cross org to bring complex projects to completion.
Plan, track, manage dependencies, and clear conflicts
Navigate ambiguity and influence without authority
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
2-5 years of experience managing user research, interactive, design, or creative projects
Experience managing cross-functional technical projects for the complete life cycle, with competing resources and priorities.
