DescriptionRandstad has an immediate opening for a temp Customer Service & Logistics Representative in Minnetonka, MN. This role, (CSR) interacts heavily with our customer base, and the successful candidate will develop a thorough knowledge of multiple facets of our business. Primary responsibility for this role is to provide superior customer service to our customers through order management, billing, transportation, complaint management, and other key areas as assigned. Job duties will be carried out in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm


Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery to ensure inventory availability, lead times, pricing integrity, terms of sales and adherence to policy and process. This will include meeting defined targets on supply chain metrics that the customer and the company have deemed critical to the business relationship.

- Resolve service needs, questions and complaints by telephone or written correspondence through gathering, researching and analyzing information from internal business partners, and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.


Main contact for all customer inquiries and communication (including purchase orders, scheduling, transportation, complaints management, etc.) with ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor when handling demanding situations. Proactively contact customers when identifying availability issues and propose solutions to prevent customer dissatisfaction.

Problem Solving:

Address issues that impact servicing our customers and seek resolution tactics.

Education and Work Experience:

-Bachelor's Degree or 5 years' experience in supply chain or logistics
