Sr. IAM Security Analyst
-Assist with the design and execution of our identity and access management strategy and operations.
-securing enterprise information systems by determining security requirements; planning, implementing, and testing security systems; administering and supporting key security systems (such as IBM Security Identity Manager and IBM Security Access Manager implementations, and TSF security for Unikix); preparing security standards, policies, and procedures; and mentoring team members.
-Provide IT teams with security architecture and design guidance for identity and access management technologies
-Lead the interaction with stakeholders and project groups to assess and document information security and technology risks
-Hands on implementation and/or management of identity and access management systems
-Administer and manage IBM Security Identity Manager, IBM Security Access Manager for Web and TSF security for Unikix.
-Manage security for Linux systems.
-Assist with development, implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity procedures and controls
-Assist with the execution of information security strategy and roadmap
-Various other duties as required.
-8+ years of core IT/IS experience
-5+ years of relevant experience in IT Security
-3+ years of relevant administration and management experience with IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) and IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)
-Experience with one or more databases such as IBM DB2, Oracle and MS SQL.
-Strong experience with one or more directories including Microsoft Active Directory and IBM Directory Server
-Experience in Identity & Access Governance including role based access control, access control models, access request and certification
-Experience in user access administration, provisioning and management, privileged access management, access governance/access recertification and federation/single sign-on
-Detailed knowledge of authentication methods, file permissions, groups, and domain concepts
-Understanding of Identity and Access Management business processes
-One or more relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CEH, CISA, GSNA, etc.)
-Linux and/or Windows security principles
-Authentication, identification, and authorization mechanisms (including least privilege access strategies)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical matters in easy to understand non-technical ways
-Excellent analytical, investigative and problem solving skills
-Ability to drive innovation with a "think outside the box" mindset
-Ability to identify priorities and ensure that work is completed within stipulated timeframes
-Must be team oriented and be able to work with limited supervision
-Enthusiasm for continuous learning
