Business Overview:

Tell me about your department:

We are an application support and Service Management Organization that supports multiple applications and systems, and ITSM (IT Service Management) processes. We also are responsible for providing reporting on all IT Operations level.

Project Description:

Project management with a lot of individual tasks. Application support and operations.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

Strategic Initiatives

  • Run Vendor RFPs

  • Assist in driving new vendor selection

  • Assist with project management activities to develop Service Desk Strategy and potential RFP

  • Help drive vendor resource strategy by providing analysis and recommendations for optimizing rates, onshore/offshore mix, etc

FY18 Planning

  • Coordinate activities related to planning including preparation of budget, projects, goals, roadmap, etc

  • Other projects as identified by leadership that need support

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) and experienced at presenting to senior management.

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, able to mediate conflicts -recognize options - propose and implement solutions.

  • Organizational change management.
