Randstad is looking for Maintenance Mechanic Leads for a company in Minneapolis, MN. This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced mechanic who would oversee maintenance levels I, II, and III. Primary job duties are to support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the maintenance programs.
Job Duties Include:
-Provide training and coaching for maintenance staff
-Interact with external equipment service personnel, engineering team, and other management
-Coordinate day to day schedules for maintenance staff and ensure completion of tasks
-Assign work, analyze productivity, and confer with supervisors and managers regarding tasks and workload
Day shift: 6:30am-7:00pm rotating shift, 2 on - 2 off - 3 on
Night shift: 6:30pm-7:00am rotating shift, 2 on - 2 off - 3 on
Working hours: 6:30am-7:00pm//7:00pm-6:30am
-High school diploma required, technical training preferred
-3-5 years of previous maintenance experience required
-Must have knowledge on packaging systems and machine repair
-Must be able to inspect, test, calibrate, repair, and replace electronic controls and sensing devices
