Excellent opportunity to join a great company as a Associate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the effective ownership and management of brand specific marketing strategies, plans and promotional activities.

  • Understand, translate, adapt and implement Brand Owners strategies and key brands guidelines.

  • Understand and address travel retail shopper behaviors, trends, needs and key issues

  • Track and analyze research data (TR research tools) and report on trends and insights

  • Responsible, under guidance of Director, of creating strategic plan process, as well as continuous budget analysis, presentations for company meetings (local & global), etc.

  • Pricing: Clear understanding and management of pricing guidelines set by the Brand Owners

  • Promotions: Track and monitor product promotions within designated markets

  • Distribution: Assure clear communication and coordination between Brand Owners (logistics & Commercial) for new product launches. Proper management of product allocation with Brand Owners

  • Lead the briefing process with Creative, Media & Digital Agencies

  • Responsible of A&P budget allocations per markets

  • Effectively manage and control designated brand-region budget

  • Effectively manage and support internal communications and collaboration across business functions

  • Support Marketing and Commercial Teams in key brand executions

Specific Needs for the job:

  • Strong skills on Consumer research and Market Understanding

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Elevate sense of building/following formal procedure and processes

  • Brand Strategy Experience (Full cycle brand strategy)

  • Strong Communications & Leadership

  • Results Oriented (prioritization and on time delivery of projects)

  • Experience in people management

  • Proven Experience in Agency Management (brief, feedback, budget, pitch, negotiations, scope of work)

Education: Bachelors Degree is required

Experience: 2+ years experience in marketing strategies and consumer research, ideally within the consumer packaged goods industry of both brand and trade marketing.

Languages: English Mandatory - other languages (Spanish) preferred
