DescriptionThis is a part time opportunity supporting a department of a major Long Island based organization. This individual will support the day to day activities from an administrative and accounting standpoint of a major department of our clients organization.

Typical Duties:

-Take incoming calls from customers regarding the company's product.

-Resolve customer issues without escalating calls to a higher level of support.

-Transfer calls to appropriate departments if needed.

-Organization of department

-Additional administrative tasks as needed.

-Accounting tasks

-Accounts payable

-Accounts receivable

Working hours: Monday-Friday 12:00PM-5:00PM



High School Diploma or equivalent, required

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent phone and interpersonal skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
