Configuration Management Engineer/Production Support Engineer
As CM Engineer candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for all CM and Deployment activities using CM tools (IBM Rational Suite and Remedy) to Production and lower environments.
Create and track all deployment tickets through the release cycle.
Maintain multiple projects with parallel development and releases.
Work with Project Team and Business Users to ensure all deployment artifacts are recorded prior to implementation.
Suggest and Implement process changes for ensuring traceability of release process.
Introduce standardization for deployment plan for all environments.
As Production Support Engineer candidate will be responsible for the following:
Create, track, debug and resolve Production issues and failures.
Resolve all issues with ClearCase, ClearQuest and Remedy for MHA-C users.
Execute, review and debug Autosys Jobs/JILs.
Provide Support for all Production applications and processes.
Be available for on rotation on-call support on a 24/7 basis.
Present and Review issues list with Business team on a bi-weekly basis
Report on Production Incidents and changes on a regular basis.
Ensure all production Incident tickets and Change Tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
Must have Bachelors in Computer Science or similar field
Must have at least 7 years experience in CM/Production/Application Support
Must have experience in supporting multiple technologies including Java and .Net
Experience in Clear Case/Clear Quest required
Experience in MS SQL Server required, knowledge of SSIS is a plus
Experience in Remedy 7.5/Autosys/Webserver technologies a plus
Prior Freddie Mac Change Management and Production/Application Support experience desired
