Responsible for acting as the primary interface between technology and specific business area(s). Incumbents identify business/technical requirements, create project and process specifications, coordinate with project teams and ensure that projects are on schedule. Works under limited direction and independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
7+ years related experience
College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
Understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies
Willingness to adjust to our business processes and methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and resolve conflicts
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with a diverse group of employees including project team members, managers, and subject matter experts
Strong organizational and planning ability
Proven ability to learn new business concepts and skills quickly
Strong attention to details with proven analytical and problem solving skills
Able to understand business needs and determine potential solutions
Experience performing the following:
Facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) Sessions & Requirements Gathering Meetings
Creating Functional and Business Requirements
Creating Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Documents
Creating Use Cases
Documenting Process / Workflows and Activity Diagrams
Interact with developers, Business & Management Teams and Stakeholders and facilitate decision-making. Serve as Liaison between Business and technology teams
Provide change management and project support
Host project status meetings. Review project documentation with stakeholders and secure business approval
