DescriptionOur client in Marlborough is looking for a Production Administrator. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Production Manager and Team Leaders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Create daily cost per case tracking reports
Create a monthly scorecard publish of the actual performance versus the goals for production
File all documentation, training, schedules and reports
Monitor and track the uniforms for operation employees
Coordinate schedules for employee appreciation events
Coordinate cafeteria vending
Organize the invoices for the vending for account payable
Clean and organize files daily
Obtain appropriate documentation to keep invoices up to date
Other projects/duties as assigned
Track temperature amongst 3 plants.
Update morning paperwork daily scorecard for management.
Order supplies for department and managers.
Maintain equipment in office, by ordering supplies and making service calls.
Optimize the ordering process for facility authorized footwear (shoe mobile) by addressing and solving employee concerns, thereby decreasing administrative tasks for department head and team leads.
Communicate effectively with employees on guidelines and solves additional concerns on a case by case basis.
Report daily plant efficiency using AS- 400 System
Address all issues and inconsistencies in Impact Sheet.
Resolve plant efficiency issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Communicate all inconsistencies with team's leads and line employees, thereby increasing line efficiency and plant efficiency
Maintain accountability in the department by addressing all issues pertaining to downtime and Impact sheet.
Monitor CDC daily (making sure cases, rates, and utilization is calculating correctly)
Print out daily shift report for all lines that have CDC system.
Create new users ID's
Follow up and resolve all employee issues on a case by case basis.
Working hours: M-F 7:00 am- 3:00 pm

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. AS- 400 experience is preferred, proficient Microsoft office products (ei. Excel, pp, etc.).
