DescriptionExciting PERMANENT job opportunities with a stable, growing company! Our client is in the Consumer Products industry and operates manufacturing and packaging facilities near Malvern, PA. They are seeking to hire 3 Production Supervisors who will be responsible for the Safety, Quality, Production, and Cost performance of their on-shift manufacturing teams. Company offers excellent salary and benefits package including 100% paid medical for employees, 10+ days paid vacation, 10+ paid holidays, 401k with match, LTD and Life Insurance.

One Supervisor will be needed for each shift 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Responsibilities are:

- Performance of on-shift Manufacturing Teams against Key Business Metrics:

1. Leadership:

- Exemplify and foster the Company Principles and Values to create a winning culture

- Create focus and provide daily direction setting for on-shift manufacturing teams.

2. Safety:

- Responsible for the safety of all employees.

- Ensure adherence to Safe Practices & SOP's.

3. Quality:

- Responsible for delivering all Product Quality Requirements within regulations

- Maintain and cultivate a Quality-focused culture.

4. Production:

- Meet or exceed Targets for Production, Process Reliability, & Scrap.

Working hours: 1st 2nd or 3rd shift opportunities



--Meet or exceed Material Utilization Performance Targets

--Lead Loss Analysis and Improvement Projects to eliminate loss.

6.-Building Organizational Capability

--Generate Individual Work Plans.

--Assess Team Skill Needs and Manage Employee Skill

--Support New Equipment Validation & Start-up


--Minimum of 5 years of Manufacturing Experience in a Leadership Role.

--People Management experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

--Proven leadership skills to energize and enroll others in pursuit of stretching, breakthrough goals.

--Working Experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, OEE, etc.).

--Collaboration skills - must be able to work effectively in a highly diverse, global, multi-functional environment.

--High Capacity & Self-directed: Able to balance multiple tasks and priorities with thorough follow-through.

--Able to provide a balanced approach to meeting customer needs, managing complexity and driving appropriate standardization.

--Strong Communication & Writing Skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

--Strong analytical skills: Able to understand problems thoroughly and to identify root causes and solutions.

--Creative problem-solving skills: Able to reapply existing solutions to new business scenarios to enable standardization.
