Leading Financial Services company in the South Bay of Los Angeles is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to be responsible for managing a high performing team by planning and executing talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs. The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in working with the leadership teams and HR business partners in developing a pipeline of talent ready to meet the strategic needs of the business.

  • Leverage and enhance the current talent acquisition platform to support a business in transformational growth.

  • In partnership with leadership teams and HR business partners, manage an enterprise-wide TA strategy and service model for talent acquisition to ensure that the talent needs of the business are met.

  • Manage the RPO relationship and any internal recruiting staff as members of a unified team to drive individual and team results and ensure the team is successfully managing the daily operations of the talent acquisition function.

  • Partner with other members of Talent Management and HR to develop programs and materials to assess and continually develop bench strength and succession planning for the organization.

  • Partner with the department leads to ensure the right internal talent movement takes place and key roles are filled

  • Manage vendor relationships (external search, relocation, etc.); manage all related budgets and budget forecasting.


  • Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, or related field

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within a dynamic and high-quality organization

  • Minimum 2 years at leadership/manager level of a high performance teams

  • Knowledge in all full-lifecycle recruiting components

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with senior leadership

  • Experience using analysis to enable decision-making and effective solutions

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
