Currently seeking a Office Assistant for Loan Department for Financial Services firm located in El Segundo.

The Office Assistant will report to Loan Documentation department with duties to include but not limited to:

  • Preparing files for shipment to offsite retention warehouse

  • Researching documents for final disposition

  • Imaging/indexing documents and filing
