DescriptionLarge manufacturing client in Livermore is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team ASAP. This individual will be joining a laid back, fast paced office and will be responsible for:
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers and clients
- Data entry
- Processing invoices
- Reviewing inventory
- Scheduling appointments
The ideal candidate will be a very hard workers with a positive attitude.
Working hours: 8AM to 5PM
- 2+ years of office work experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Detail oriented
