Randstad, one of the largest staffing firms Internationally for Office and Administrative Support roles, is looking for a temp to hire a Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in the Livermore, CA!

Customer Service Job Duties Include:

  • Assist customers with any questions or concerns

  • Assisting with Purchase Orders

  • Processing Orders into the system

  • Answering incoming calls and emails

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Skills:

General Information:

  • Temp to Hire

  • $15/hour

  • Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Customer Service Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in field or related area

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Be able to multi-task

  • Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and positive demeanor

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook)
