Randstad, one of the largest staffing firms Internationally for Office and Administrative Support roles, is looking for a temp to hire a Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in the Livermore, CA!
Customer Service Job Duties Include:
Assist customers with any questions or concerns
Assisting with Purchase Orders
Processing Orders into the system
Answering incoming calls and emails
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Temp to Hire
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Customer Service Requirements:
1+ years experience in field or related area
Detail oriented and organized
Be able to multi-task
Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and positive demeanor
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook)
